I’ve always resisted being defined within limits.

And I’ve spent my entire adult life expanding my knowledge, passions, strengths, and creative abilities to levels I did not know existed within me.

There is no single training for what I do.

My work is inspired by my own transformational experience, and by almost three decades of research, experimentation, and training to facilitate deep change in human potential and performance.

My life challenges have served to unleash within me a fearless adventurer: strong, agile, resilient, and always evolving.
The essence of me is a kick-ass, pedal-to-the-metal rally driver.
I also sometimes like to waft about in a white dress and make chicken soup.

I love changing people’s minds about what is possible, and I often see people in a way they don’t yet see themselves.
I take the time to really get who my clients are, and I create safety for them to move beyond what they already know.

I use generative listening and dialogue to hear between the layers of their words, revealing an intuitive deeper knowing, and a profound creativity regarding their next steps.

I am committed to excellence, and I value confidence, rational thinking, and courage.
I also have a vast compassion for the human beings I encounter along the way.

I’m dedicated to forging lasting relationships through the integrity of my work and business.

My trainings, experience, and influences are:

  • Certified (ICF and AC) Transformational Coach.

  • Diploma in Collective Leadership for Profound Innovation and Change. Presenting Institute, MIT.

  • BA (Hons) Economics.
    University of Exeter, UK.

  • Industry experience in Investment Banking, Fashion, and Interior Design. I founded my own successful boutique design consultancy.

  • I took time out from professional work to raise a family. I believe in parenting as genetic engineering: if we do our own inner work, it is possible to raise our children free from generations of family dysfunction.

  • I am a practicing fine artist (painter) and a pianist.

I am grateful to the following people and organisations:

  • On Science and Spirituality:
    David Bohm; Krishnamurti;
    Ervin Lazlo; Bruce Lipton.

  • On Collective Change and Organisational Development:
The Presencing Institute, MIT; Art of Hosting; Frederik Laloux.

  • On Child Development, Trauma, Addiction and Co-Dependency, Complex PTSD, and Inner Child Recovery:

Thank you for a phenomenal session.
It feels as if the two of us are in collaboration, not just with each other, but with something greater than the sum of our parts.

That was the most helpful, potent, deep, and transformative conversation I’ve had in a long time.
Maybe ever. It really blew me away. Thank you Angel!
